Aeroflot – Cheap Flights

Aeroflot is one of the world’s oldest airlines, starting operations in 1923, and acquiring its current name in 1932. It is Russia’s flag carrier, although the Russian government now owns only 51% of the airline. Aeroflot was the tenth member to join the SkyTeam alliance and has partners such as Air France and Delta Air Lines through the SkyTeam.  Aeroflot has codeshare arrangements with other airlines, and three subsidiaries: Aurora, Pobeda, and Rossiya Airlines.

Aeroflot has an excellent on-time performance record, arriving within 15 minutes of the appointed time for about 90% of flights, and flies to more than 120 destinations in both Russia and the rest of the world.
