All passengers must check in at the ticket counter of the departing airport.

The airline does not guarantee specific seats on its flights, and the passenger must agree to accept any seat that is issued. The airline prides itself, however, on extra leg space for supreme cabin comfort in any seat.

Shaheen Air understands that sometimes a passenger must cancel a reservation for a number of reasons. Be aware that there is a fee of 25%-50% of the applicable one-way fare for flight cancellations that depends on the time of the cancellation.

Baggage Allowance and Fees

Shaheen Air allows passengers to check one piece of baggage for free on all flights, as long as the bag is a single piece weighing no more than 70.5lbs. Hand baggage must not be larger than 22'x18"x10" and the airline reserves the right to refuse any baggage on board.

Passengers who would like to bring more than the acceptable amount of baggage will be charged an excess baggage fee. Be sure to check with the carrier before arriving at the airport for the fee amount and availability of space on the aircraft.

Service On Board: In-flight Entertainment and Meals

Shaheen Air offers meals on all of its flights, producing 2,225 flight meals per day. The airline created its own flight kitchen in Karachi to provide customers with high-quality, fresh meals that can be purchased any time of the day.

Shaheen Air offers an unaccompanied minor service where a member of the staff will assist and accompany children who are flying alone. The staff member will help at both departure and arrival. When making a reservation, passengers must request unaccompanied minor service.

Be aware that many airlines differ in their unaccompanied minor requirements, so be sure to check with the airline before you arrive to confirm the service on both direct and connecting flights.

The airline accepts animals like dogs, cats, household birds, and other pets on board all flights, as long as they are properly contained.
