Sunwing Airline Baggage and Carry-On Information

Sunwing Airline passengers are allowed one carry-on item and one personal item inside the cabin. Each item cannot exceed 5 kg in weight, or a maximum size of 23 cm x 40 cm x 51 cm (9" x 16" x 20". Items that exceed these limits are subject to excess baggage fees. Parents traveling with children under the age of two years old may also carry an additional diaper bag along with their two carry-on items if necessary, allowing that the diaper bag meets the size and weight restrictions for carry-ons. Passengers are also allowed to check one bag free of charge each. Bags can weigh up to to 23 kg and 30 kg for Elite Plus customers, Checked bags may not exceed the size restrictions of 158 linear cm or 62" (L + H + W). A second bag can be checked for an extra fee of $36.75. Oversized or overweight luggage carries an additional fee of $78.75 per bag, and third bags or more can be checked for a charge of $210 per item.
