Salt Lake City International Airport currently consists of 3 terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and the International Terminal. A huge development project is underway. Work is ongoing, and is expected to be completed in 2022.
Just 4 miles from the city center, SLC is an easy airport to reach. Public transport, operated by the Utah Transit Association, includes the TRAX light rail and bus. The train stop can be found at the south end of Terminal one.
Trains leave every 15 minutes during the week and every 20 minutes of weekends. Trains operate from 6 am to 11 pm Mon-Sat and 9:45 am to 10 pm on Sundays. The trip takes about 15 minutes.
