You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The resort fee is a compulsory card (Val di Sole Opportunity) which includes access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, thermal baths, museums, castles and discounts to stores in the area. This fee is not payable for children under 12 years. This card is compulsory from 20 June until 20 September. Please note that the accommodations and kitchenette must be left clean or an additional fee of EUR 30 will apply. Please note that heating is included in the rate only between November and April. Arrivals after 21:30 are subject to a surcharge of EURO 25. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the staff. The maximum size of the vehicle for parking at this facility is as follows: Length: 197 in Width: 81 in Height: 98 in Larger vehicles cannot park here.
