This is the very best part of Manila, and where you'll want to spend as much of your time as possible while in the city. A word to the wise, though: You should dress as nicely as possible here. To local Filipinos, this is the nicest part of the city, and if you trudge through here in hiking books and cargo shorts, you might face judgment!

One of my favorite cities in Manila with all kinds of luxury condo high rises, bars, lounges, trendy malls and restaurants, and probably the most good looking crowd in metro Manila.
