Skirting the border with Arizona, St George is often used as a launch-point for those exploring Zion National Park. This small town is surrounded by red rock mesas and feels like a younger, less built-up Sedona - in the best way possible! It's a laid back town that offers easy access to just about any outdoor activity you might want.
My mom and daughter stopped to take a pic on a bluff overlooking part of the city!
Great scenery. Cool red rock geological formations like much of southern Utah.
The weather is amazing ...82 degrees March 31st. Recently have been to several of the nearby national parks....Zion, Bryce Canyon and Kolob plus down to Lake Powell. These red rocks are so cool!
