Airline Service and Flight Information

When choosing a flight from Seattle to Seoul you will be starting your first leg of your journey at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport which provides all the commercial airline service for the Seattle area.  When arriving in Seoul, your destination will be either Seoul Incheon International or Seoul Gimpo.  When choosing flights between Seattle and Seoul, there are four airlines that provide direct flight service.  You can choose from Asianan Airlines, Korean Air, Delta, or Thai Airways.

Which Terminal Will You Depart From?

All flights from Seattle-Tacoma Airport depart from the central terminal. When Should You Arrive at the Airport?

When traveling internationally, the airport recommends arriving at the airport at least three hours in advance of your departure time to ensure you get through security and check-in, even during peak times or travel season.  When parking a vehicle allow 20 to 30 minutes more to park and get to the terminal.

Tips for Saving Money in Seoul

Seoul is a very expensive city with a lot to see.  To help save a few bucks on your trip, take advantage of the public transport such as the bus routes or the subway systems.  If you are an outdoor enthusiast you will have plenty to see as there are many hiking trails and national parks.  If you are looking for some cheap intracity travel, the town has great bike routes as well as bike rental companies.  To save money on dining and really immerse yourself in the culture, opt for local authentic Korean eateries that are significantly cheaper options.
