Netarts, a coastal city, plays host to Schooners Restaurant and Lounge. Featuring fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and some of the best chowder on the Pacific Coast, a visit to this beautiful eatery will be well worth the trek.

Depoe Bay, another coastal city, may have Oregon’s best kept secret, otherwise known as Restaurant Beck. Located on famed Highway 101, the restaurant is open 7 days a week at 5pm sharp. Chef Justin Willis hosts one of the country’s top tasting menus, but be forewarned, to enjoy the omokase you will need 3 hours.

Like wine with your dinner? Then head to New Sammy’s Cowboy Bistro on the 99. Located between Ashland and Medford, the little restaurant is home to incredibly fresh food and a wine list that just may be the most extensive in the country. The duck confit and the grass-fed beef burger are highly recommended, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
