Las Vegas
The Las Vegas Strip has always been a top location for the rich and famous to party at. Unlike accommodations in most destinations, Sin City hotels offer so much excitement under one roof that it’s tempting to never want to leave the premises. Party at the pool by day, dine at a celebrity chef’s restaurant, then end the evening at the hotel’s nightclub. This makes it easier to spot celebrities, as they’ll likely be enjoying all that the property has to offer as well.
The Bellagio
The Bellagio is a classic Las Vegas luxury hotel, and a favorite among celebrities. Some spotted celebs include Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, and Adrian Grenier. Your best chance to snap an up-close pic is at Hyde, The Bellagio’s indoor-outdoor nightclub.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
One of The Strip’s newer hotels that A-listers love is The Cosmopolitan. It’s sophisticated yet vibrant and draws a younger crowd. This hot hotel has played host to Kim Kardashian, Michael Phelps, Channing Tatum, and Cameron Diaz, among others. Best celeb-spotting locations include the Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub.
New York City
The Big Apple is arguably America’s top city to see and be seen. From galas to Fashion Week to movie premiers and the Tribeca Film Festival, this glamorous city hosts newsworthy events that draw in the rich and famous throughout the year. You’ll find them staying at NYC’s hottest hotels.
The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel
This Upper East Side luxury and residential hotel is the top choice of the rich, famous, and powerful. Back in the day, JFK had an apartment at The Carlyle, and today it’s a favorite of the likes of Leonardo Di Caprio, Victoria Beckham, and Jack Nicholson.
The Bowery Hotel
The Lobby Bar and Lounge at this swank hotel has seen its fair share of celebrities come through. It’s often crowded, and that’s more reason to drop your bags here for the night, as official Bowery Hotel policy gives its guests priority seating in the lounge. You’ll be able to sip your cocktail without worry along celebs like Ryan Gosling, Jennifer Lopez, and Kate Hudson.
Miami
Celebrities are all about this sizzling South Florida city. If you want to enjoy the beaches, bars, and hottest clubs like they do – and bump into them along the way – check out these stylish hotels.
The Setai
It’s no wonder this sleek, Asian-inspired oceanfront resort attracts the red carpet crowd. The Setai offers the private and secluded luxury suites that celebrities seek when on vacation. Even more of a draw, though, is the onsite recording studio designed by Lenny Kravitz. Because of that, you’re more likely to spot top music industry talent like Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Madonna.
Shore Club
This haute 4-star hotel is just a minute walk from The Setai, so you could easily maximize your celeb-spotting potential by staying a couple nights at both. Order a cocktail and lounge poolside or at the beach (both areas are full service) and keep your eyes peeled for recognizable faces. Rihanna, Owen Wilson, Lindsay Lohan, and Lance Armstrong, among other hot celebs, have graced Shore Club with their presence.
Despite how often celebrities frequent these hotels, it is possible (though unfortunate) to miss out on seeing them during your stay. The silver lining is that they do stay at these hotels, so take comfort in knowing that the staff and accommodations will be a cut above the rest. If you miss out on seeing Katy Perry or Brad Pitt, you’ll at least feel like you got celebrity treatment during your vacation.
