Aarhus is a city of great museums, good food and a lot of great danish design.

A trip to Jutland will inevitably include a stop in Denmark's second largest city, Aarhus. The city has the quintessential mix of Danish architecture, green copper topped church spires dating back hundreds of years, juxtaposed with ultra-modern buildings in sharp clean lines. The Aarhus docklands provide a wonderful place to experience this mix as the Isbjerget housing complex commands the skyline.

Aarhus has everything you need in a city: culture, food, cafe's, nice views etc. check out the ARoS museum of modern art, it's amazing (though I am not much of a museum visitor in general!)

It's a small old "town". There's no buses or traffic through the center of the city. The modern art museum is excellent to visit.
