As often men don't find much clothes here. There are some nice old Trenchcoats. If you want to look like Columbo then grab one of them!

Humana is an enormous second hand shop just next to Frankfurter Tor. It offers mostly clothing, but has a few interesting odds and ends which make for good shopping. I opted to not invest an an entire tub of rubber ducks, for example. Prices are extremely reasonable, but I got the feeling it is fairly picked over as I didn't find that many eye-catching pieces. Vintage lovers might do better as there is an entire floor dedicated to vintage clothes organized by decade.

If you're going to Berlin then you probably know about its reputation for fashion. And if you spend more than a few days in the city you will notice the weird and wonderful style a lot of the locals have. If you want to fit in then go to this huge second hand clothing store, just make sure you have a few hours free to really dig through all the items, and if you're lucky you will find some great pieces for a good price. Best of all no one back home will have the same thing!

This isn't a market but it is a huge second hand shop, literally four floors of stuff of all kinds (mainly clothes). This is a treasure trove for vintage lovers and people who are interested in the communist era in East Berlin.
