One of Boston’s icons. It’s greasy, cheesy and delicious. If you’re in the North End area it’s a must try.

If you want great pizza go to Pizzeria Regina's Original location in the North End on Prince Street. It's my favorite pizza place!!! ANYWHERE!!!

My husband and I brought our two kids (ages 8 and 5) to Pizzeria Regina in the North End. We arrived on the earlier side so getting seated right away wasn't a problem. The pizza is just as great as you expect. There's a relaxed atmosphere and the place was filled with locals, tourists, families, and pre-game Celtics fans. A total win!

Regina Pizza - in the North End, is the best pizza in Boston - some will argue that Santarpios in East Boston is, but this debate is moot. The place is tiny, the waitresses sarcastic as they should be and the pizza is amazing. just go - and you'll be back!

I love Regina's (it's hard to find someone from Boston who doesn't), but I recommend heading over to their restaurant in the North End. It may be just as crazy on the inside, but it has more charm.

Probably one of the best pizza's I've ever had! I love pizza's topped with delicious sauce. If you're ever in town then you better have this on your food itinerary list.

My friend and I shared the Puttanesca Pizza (Plump artichoke hearts and sliced black olives on top of Regina's famous red sauce pizza and dressed with Pecorino Romano and Mozzarella, sprinkled with fresh basil).

My last day in Boston, we walked over to regina's during lunch time and noticed the lonnnnnng line coming out of the restaurant. Luckily my friend lives right across the street so we went back to his place and placed an order for pick up (you have to order a whole pizza if it's a to-go order). Fast forward 20-30 minutes, we got our pizza and headed toward the water front, which wasn't that far away. I had a great time chatting with my friend over pizza with a great view of the ocean :) The inside of Regina's looked pretty crowded and it was loud, so I'm glad we ordered it to-go.

Six of us climbed into the family wagon and headed to the North End for a slice of one of the cities most celebrated pizzas.

We arrived just after six and were prepared for a long wait. But instead a mere fifteen minutes passed and we were ushered into Boston's pizza Nirvana. Our party was split between two tables which worked out just fine.

The menu is just pizza and drinks, want a salad? Not happening. How about dessert? You're joking right? But again, I am fine with that. Why stuff your face with lettuce and ice cream when pizza is to be had?

The only question I have is, when my friend asked for a salad you told him you don't have salads. But your online menu shows both a caesar and a garden salad. What is up with that?

There are plenty of offerings and every topping imaginable. Our table decided on two pizzas. We ordered one sausage and one meatball, but we got neither and appears were given the wrong pizzas. But we didn't realize this gaffe until we were already eating them. We apologize to whichever table who's pizza we heisted.

Now how about the pizza. Did we like it? All six of us were in agreement. It was good, but not great. Maybe it just wasn't our style, one of my friends (who lives in New Orleans) but has tried Tony's back in San Francisco commented that Tony's blew Regina out of the water. I am in full agreement. I would even say that Amici's is much better.

We did like the experience, but probably don't have a real strong desire or need to go back. Solid pizza, but nothing more.

Good for a quick bite to eat. Fast and fairly cheap.
