50 floors high in Bawwwwwston. It's a cool 360 view of the city and also nice on a weekday...not crowded at all.

This place is a must for any couple able to get there. Great views and date spots. The restaurant at the top "Top of the Hub" is worth checking out for great evening date.

360 degree view of Boston: beautiful and orienting. Can see without hanging over a glass ledge so it is more pleasant for people who don't adore heights.

Lots of good photo ops.

Located in Prudential Center with lots of shops: Legal Seafood, Athleta, etc.

Best view of the city. Indoors (not like the Empire State Building), but worth it.

So you have a god complex? Just looking for a way to look down on almost everyone else whether they know it or not? Just like to have a great time equal on level to the local police ghetto birds? Well this is where you need to go.

Sweeping vistas are all around. I can only imagine the views at dawn and dusk on a partially clouded day. I am sure it is absolutely magnificent.

Pro Tip: Get city pass if you can handle doing multiple major tourist visits in a single day.

They had a ton of stuff up here for the average tourist or local looking for something new: photostrip booth, postcard booth, penny smasher, remote listening tour dealio (think semi-guided tour), and a souvenir shop.

This all happens on the 50th floor. I had initially hoped to have been able to view things from much higher up, but I do not believe that there are more than 1 taller building anywhere near to Boston, and they dont have a viewing deck.

There is not a line and you pay at the top. Walk up hop in an elevator, 20 seconds later hop off and pay to get in or use your pass. That was on a Saturday afternoon even!

After initially being very apprehensive the munchkin loved being up here. She really enjoyed scoping out all of the pools and the tenements with things on the roof. I loved being up here and took tons of photos with various lenses just enjoying the view of Boston. Even thought its not exactly in downtown, You are still afforded a view of most of downtown.

Definitely a touristy place, but dayem... how can you not enjoy being up 50 stories and gazing on the world going by somewhere way down below...

I've only been to the observatory once, and loved the incredible views of the city, but once was probably enough.

Prudential is among one of the most popular shopping centers in Boston. The Prudential building is one of the most symbolic on the Boston skyline, itself boasts the grandeur of a skyscraper. Inside the Prudential center, there are a maze of both med and high end stores along with many restaurants choices. Chances are you will find yourself in the Prudential if you attend an convention at the famous Hynes convention center. The "Skywalk" is on the top floor of Prudential, for a fee, you can get a panoramic view of the entire Boston, very beautiful at night.

sick views of Boston!!!!! stop by and look around if you're going to be heading to the top of the hub. Enjoy the food at the hub and if you don't get a seat with a great view, just head on downstairs!!!

I was waiting for this to be like the Seattle Space Needle, or maybe the Hancock Tower after you've visited the Sears Tower. Basically I was expecting little good views, especially on a day where it had been raining for most of the day and I was not holding my breath for a clear view despite it only being 50 floors above.

I was a little confused that there were only signs and no people really standing around to ensure that you were going to the right place, but once we went up the elevator to the skywalk, it was more clear that they do ticketing at the front of the entrance and not at the bottom. I guess the skywalk does not make you walk through security and check your bags like other high rise attractions do.

I enjoyed the view on the skywalk and it was part of my CityPass so I can't speak for how worth it it would be if you had to pay for it outright. They do have a cute little gift shop which I bought some souvenirs for the fam. Lucky for us, once we were on the skywalk, miraculously the skies opened up and the sun began to set which cast a gorgeous hue on the entire city. Nice little visit if you don't mind paying a few dollars!

The Prudential Center is an interesting place to visit. There are several buildings connected together. The Prudential Building itself is 53 stories tall, Boston's second tallest building. At the top, there is a nice restaurant and an observation deck with a 360 degree view of Boston. The Prudential Center has offices, apartments, restaurants, a work out facility, a super market, a dentist's office, a doctor's office, hotels, a convention center, and all kinds of shops. In fact, you could live and work here and never go outdoors.

Great place to shop. They have a skywalk over to Copley too, which means basically one stop shopping for me!
