Explorers, but was renamed "Marvel Cave" some time later once it had been reopened for tourism. A guided tour of Marvel Cave is included with very trip to Silver Dollar City. This guided tour offers the clear benefit of having a knowledgeable professional to explain the oddities of the cave and to provide historical and cultural input about Marvel Cave's significance on our society. Adventurous but clearly safe, a trip through Marvel Cave is the perfect outing for a family event.

Marvel Cave was the original attraction at Silver Dollar City. It's a really great introduction to Missouri Caves and not super taxing on your body if you're not an adventurer. Numerous steps down, but a tram takes you back to the surface. Free with your Silver Dollar City admission.

Marvel Cave is located within Silver Dollar City. The cave was the attraction that started it all. People came from all over to visit Marvel Cave, and slowly but surely Silver Dollar City was built as an tourist attraction adding shops and rides as well. The cave is beautiful with lots to see. The tours are free with your Silver Dollar City ticket, except for the lantern tours in the evening. There are lots of steps and stairs, and small corners, but it is well worth the effort. Wouldn't recommend for small children or elderly.

Marvel Caves is an attraction at Silver Dollar City. When you first walk up to go they make you bend over and walk under a sign. If you can't do it you are not allowed to come because there is stooping etc required. There is sooo much history and beauty in that cave. It's has awesome rocks etc and they take your picture at the entrance. If you are afraid of heights, have a bad back, or don't like the dark I would not recommend going though. My favorite part is at the end of the tour you get on a trolley type thing and it takes you back up to silver dollar city. It's a must see.

Excellent trial for first time spelunkers. There were several beautiful rock formations as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a little adventure.

Marvel Cave, a Registered Natural Landmark, opened for tours in 1894. The cave, which lies beneath Silver Dollar City theme park, was the first attraction to bring tourists to the Branson area. One of the deepest caves in Missouri, it has one of the largest subterranean entry-rooms in the United States. Traditional guided cave tours are included with standard admission to Silver Dollar City.

we loved this cave adventure. A highlight of the Silver Dollar City theme park, this constantly evolving wet limestone cave under the Ozark Mountains, dating back to the 1500s, provides a one-hour tour of fascinating rooms and passageways. The cave's entryway is the largest in the U.S.
