located in the center of Buenos Aires, there are many better places to stay.

The rooms in this hotel are very basic and you can tell that having a luxurious décor in the bedrooms wasn't a big priority for the designer or owner. However, I'd still recommend this place because it has all the basic necessities for a good night's sleep, and includes many amenities despite it's not so expensive price. One the cool things was the kitchenette in the bedroom, which allows guests to cook if they desire to. The receptionist even mentioned to me that some people stay for about 2 months because of this feature. Breakfast, wifi, a safe, and a gym are all included in the fee. There are also computers guests can use, and a business room that has a projector. There's room service as well as a vending service 24 hours per day. The location is good for people who need to be downtown on business, or to be closer to touristy areas.

This hotel was comfortable and sensible – definitely gave off a business-y vibe. The rooms come equipped with a small kitchenette, but for those who’d rather not cook, they may order from La Tour, a restaurant at an adjoining tower a block away (the food will be delivered to your room). There is no restaurant, but there is a breakfast area that offers a buffet-style continental breakfast. The rooms also come with a minibar – however you must purchase your items downstairs and bring them back up, which sort of defeats the purpose of an in-room minibar. There are multiple business centers throughout the hotel where you can get some work done outside of your room. There is also parking next door. All in all, a decent hotel for a business trip.

The sculptures in this hotel were weird, a little freaky and quite disturbing. I’m not sure what they were trying to achieve with a life-size version of catwoman in the front window. The rooms all came with a kitchenette - in fact, almost a kitchen - but the decoration was really dated. The bathroom was painted a really tasteless blue colour… it was something out of the 1970s. It was much better suited to business travelers, to be honest. There was a decent business centre with access to a printer and the gym was pretty complete. The breakfast room, however, reminded me of being on a ferry or in a school canteen. It lacked the buzz of a hostel and the finesse of a boutique hotel. I wasn’t impressed really.

A clean, professional hotel but definitely lacking character. Aspen Suites is a chain hotel that lacks the magic of Buenos Aires. The whole place feels really cold and impersonal like you could be anywhere in the world. Plus from the outside it looks like an office block. The staff were helpful but not very friendly.
These suites are designed for people staying for longer and it’s great that each room has its own kitchenette complete with crockery and cutlery. You can cook simple meals in your room but if you want to go to the hotel’s restaurant it’s actually in another branch of this chain, which is annoying every morning for breakfast. The place has a small but sufficient gym and otherwise facilities are pretty limited.

This is the same chain as the Aspen Towers, and seemed to have the same kind of very polite, but not very helpful, attitude. The staff were polite, but standoffish. The rooms were clean, simple and pretty large, with kind of standard hotel decor, less stylish and modern than the rest of the hotel. The gym was pretty tiny, only fitting a couple people at once, with limited machines. It's nice that the rooms are suites (the hotel is supposed to be for longer stays) so they have dinning tables and dishes and a fridge so you can eat there. It is simple and home-y. The restaurant isn't actually in the hotel- it's around the corner at the Aspen Towers hotel, which is a bit bothersome because you have to cross the street early morning in a busy, dirty, loud area, but is otherwise fine.
