Located inside a market that is everything Whole Foods pretends to be, the restaurant works for non meat eaters and meat eaters alike. There is an excellent selection of innovatively prepared dishes that will have you returning again and again.

I absolutely adore this place! There's a wonderful cafe in the back of the grocery store that has delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes like tempeh tacos and spinach lasagna. There are also books, crystals, jewelry, and so many things for the soul you will feel rejuvenated after eating and shopping there. It's a secret little gem tucked away in the valley!!

I love this market and cafe. Follow Your Heart is such the gem of the valley. When I lived in the west valley, I'd come here with my sister for their hearty juices (they can make almost any combination you want) and healthy vegan dishes. Then we'd wander the aisles of the market where they have your usual health foods like sprouted tofu and quinoa, but also food I've never seen before. It's truly a unique, gourmet, health food market without any bit of pretentiousness.

When you think of being a vegan, your first thought is your are either going to miss being a carnivore or, even if you survive the lack of meat, what kind of portions can you get just being a vegetarian. Well, let me tell you, I am not a vegan, but if I was, this would be a definite place to start your voyage.

When the wife and I arrived, we first looked at the products they had, because it is also a store. They have awesome products that cater not only to good heath, such as vitamins, shampoos, soap, and other all natural products, but also books and educational items that will show you how to be successful at being more healthy the natural way.

The food is amazing. You would think vegetation food would not get you full, in this case, I was glad I was wrong. My wife ordered the Wok Stir Fry that has fresh veggies, organic tofu stir fried with garlic, ginger, tamari, served with brown rice. I decided on their Spanakopita, which is a spinach pie with feta and ricotta cheese, seasoned with dill baked in a flaky whole wheat filo pastry served with basmati rice and salad. I also had their cream of green things soup, which has broccoli, peas, and any green veggie you can think of. To drink, I had their wild berry ice tea, and the wife had a water.

The food was delicious as well as the wild berry ice tea and their filtered water. The portions are huge and will fill you up. My wife had to take some to go, and by the time I finished I was wobbling out. But in this case, you feel good because the food is healthy and good.

The staff was great, Kyle was our server and did an awesome job.

Parking is in the back or along Sherman Way or adjacent side street.

Did this place turn me vegan, nope, but will I come back to get my grub on? YES!

I recently discovered this gem of a cafe and fell in love. Even meat-lovers can enjoy this vegetarian-only, vegan-optional restaurant and not miss out on anything. Their menu has a large selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items and everything is delicious. I recently had the portabello panini which was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. They have also serve a great cup of coffee.

Only downside to this place, the waitstaff is slow. Don't come here starving or you'll be sorry. Otherwise is a great's place to sit, relax and have some great food!

I've been back since my first review and have had even more yummy food: try the braised tofu tacos, the ruben sandwich or a fresh salad! They make all their own salad dressing and if you can't decide which one to get then they'll give you a sample of all of them! For breakfast get the gluten-free pancakes that they bake bananas and raspberries into.

Occasionally they offer prix-fixe menus for dinner on Saturdays which feature popular Vegan chefs. We went recently went and had a wonderful meal for our Saturday date night :)
