machines, ping pong tables, dart boards, and pool tables. However, my friends and I stayed in the arcade area where for $8, we had unlimited arcade games for a whole hour! The arcade here was amazing! They have a bunch of crane machines with all kinds of themes (sanrio characters, pokemon, disney, angry birds, and more). They have those sticky pic photo booths for us to put on huge grins and throw up our peace signs V0U0V. Additionally, they have a large selection of arcade shooting games (time crisis, house of the dead, and many more). Also, they also have a huge number of racing games and the shooting games where you sit on a moving chair. Furthermore, there are ddr machines, taiko drums, and all kinds of music simulators. One of my favorite things here is the 4 player air hockey tables! Best of all, the machines are clean and not broken! Overall, I was extremely impressed with the arcade here. I can't give a review of the bowling and karaoke but the karaoke seemed a bit pricey and the bowling lanes were pretty packed. Dave and busters and game works can't hold a candle to Round one! I would definitely love to come back here!

This is a great place to bowl or play the claw machines. They have so many different games to offer and prizes to win!

Fans of Japanese music games rejoice! If you don't already know about this place then you need to go there right now!! Other fans of bemani games know it is getting pretty damn near impossible to find beatmania and pop'n music arcade machines in the u.s.a. Throw being able to drink your beer At the same time as you're playing in and I'm in heaven! Don't get me wrong music games aren't the only great thing about round one they have some pretty obscure Japanese arcades and great fighters and racers! As anything else.... Meh skip the bowling, pool and darts. Overpriced and mediocre can def. find a better bowling alley or pool hall for a better price with no trouble at all. DEFINITELY skip the karaoke! Man... They dropped the ball there with that. Way overpriced, non-soundproof rooms that put you on display to the whole place, with a crappy song list to top it off. The arcade alone is worth the 4 star rating though, truly amazing!

This place is kind of hard to explain but the best bet is to say it's the "Asian Dave & Busters"

It's got a full on Bowling Alley and Arcade but also multiple Karaoke rooms, Pool Tables and to fully deck it out for us Asians...Ping Pong tables!

The food is somewhat mediocre but no one really goes there for the food. You go to hangout and have a good time.

The "claw" games are pretty tricky using those 2 pronged ones with sometimes bewildering "staff tips" to help the players.

They have an interesting selection of video games...from the Pac Man version of Air Hockey to Large Connect 4 and various ticket based games for those wanting the D&B exp.

Some "credit" bonuses are given to those who add to the card and you can also add your "tickets" earned to your "players card" so you don't have to worry bout your tickets won every time. The card keeps the tally and you can spend it as you please on the selection of prizes.

The location is fairly easy to get to since it's right in the Puente Hills Mall. Not meant for everyone but a nice way to kick back if you are in the area and have time to kill before or after a movie/meal.

Eh. This place isn't the best place to go to. I think that the bowling balls are terrible, they have absolutely no real weight to them. They feel horrible when I throw them into the bowling lanes. Aside from bowling, there is also a really large selection of arcade games and japanese photo-booths. There's also pool tables, ping-pong tables, and karaoke rooms.

This place seems like a very cool place to go to for amusement for sure. There's bowling, karaoke, darts, billiards, & arcade.

The crane machines are such a f*ckin rip offs. They have all these adorable stuffies in them. Sis & I definitely wanted one, but tried with no luck at all. Dropped $21 on that & stopped there. I'm in no way wanting to waste $$ to try to get one. But if there ever is a guy who can get me one, I will love him forever. Hahaha.. but yeah, damn difficult.

I was obsessed with this place for quite some time. I saw one of my Yelp friends check in there a few times within the same week. I looked at the business and their pictures and I really wanted to go.

I finally ended up there this past weekend with one of my friends. The place is quite impressive. It's like Asian activity heaven: karaoke rooms, bowling, arcade, claw machines, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. The business is located inside the Puente Hills mall but has its own entrance.

You have to get a card that you can reload to pay. You can become a member by purchasing a $5 card, which comes with additional benefits like getting more play credits if you load more than $10 and some other minor things.

Overall I would have to say that Round One is crazy expensive for their claw machines. There are machines that cost $3.25 a try! My friend and I loaded $50 on the member deal and it didn't even last 20 minutes. Plus there was a creepy guy who kep following us around and talking to us.

The arcade game was a much better deal. We loaded $20 more and played House of the Dead III for like an hour.

Always a fun place to hang out! My buddies and I always enjoy hanging out at Round One. They have everything: bowling, karaoke, ping pong, pool, darts, arcades and even large TV's to watch games. The also have pitchers of beer to drink while enjoying the competition. It's the best place to go if you feel like talking smack and competing with your buddies!

Good for groups, yes
Good for late night, yes THEY CLOSE AT 2am!

There's no where else like this.

If they had mini golf and karting, game over. It'll replace disneyland.

My new GO TO for bowling!

$17 per person for 5 games (with membership) and free shoe rental... NOW that's a great deal. So me and the beau got that deal! And if you buy 5+ games, you get Hello Kitty phone things that are labeled Round One. Really cute! I'm striving to get the collection now! HELLO KITTY!!!

Membership is $5 annually. Win!

Bowling Alley:
Clean... there are couches for you to sit in but if you have a big group, I recommend getting TWO lanes so you get both couches on both sides. It was just me and the beau, so we were fine.

The balls are really organized on weight and color. I love it. I love that I know which is which.

The shoe dispenser was AWESOME. Just press and bam! shoes! :D
Ladies are 1.5 size smaller! I'm typically a 8.5 but a 7.5 was good.

I'm going to try to Karaoke next time because I love karaoke! Now that we're a member too! :D
