This city has a lot off huge buildings with interesting structures, quite some monuments and a lot of universities.

My family is originally from Cluj (I was born here in the states) but I was lucky enough to take a trip here to visit some relatives back in 2009. I spent alot of my time with family and did little sight seeing but all in all cluj was a lovely city. Warning: beware of gypsies! They will come right up to you and haggle and hustle you for money

Al norte de Rumania, Cluj Napoca es la ciudad universitaria por excelencia del país. Ambiente juvenil, buenos precios en hostels, gran oferta de bares y lugares para comer. Es un buen lugar para empezar a conocer una Rumania, en este caso con bastante influencia húngara en su arquitectura. La ciudad es amena y elegante para caminatas por los senderos del río Somes pequeño, también para conocer sus palacios como el Bánffy que guarda el museo de Bellas Artes, la casa del héroe Matias Corvin, la iglesia católica de San Miguel en la plaza Unirii, la más importante de la ciudad y la Catedral ortodoxa ubicada en la Plaza Mihai Viteazul.
