Excellent company that organizes various hiking expeditions in Peru, most famously the Inca Trail. It is among the priciest ones, but there's a good reason for that. The service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We trekked the Inca Trail with Llama Path in 2013. I would highly recommend them if you're planning to do the hike to Machu Picchu.

The guides were super knowledgeable about the area and so helpful along the way. I had a serious ankle sprain the last day of the trek and our guide helped me get through the last grueling three miles of the hike, even though it took almost 4 hours. I would not have made it without his encouragement and patience.

The food is unbelievable too. Best food we had while in Peru. For every breakfast, lunch and dinner they would prepare super tasty meals with the right nutrients to get you through the trek.

Excellent guides, personalized attention, exceptional meals (seriously better than in Cusco)...how they make pizzas and cakes without ovens truly amazes me (since I can't even microwave properly)..the red army is the way to go.

We hiked the Inca Trail with Llama Path in 2007, and were floored by their service. The porters carried the tents and food for us, set up camp way before we arrive, and the chef made us multi-couse meals everyday. We even got a cake to celebrate the new year! This was the Comfort Service, and I heard that they carry a toilet for the Imperial Service. (!!!)

Our guide Casiano was very knowledgeable, telling us great tales all along the path, and took really good care of us. He arranged an early morning call on our last day so we would be the first group to enter Machu Picchu, and it was quite magical to step into the deserted ruins, all by ourselves.
