Bartlett Cover sits at the entrance to Glacier Bay National Park and is a great place to stop prior to visiting the park. Rangers are available to lead short but informative hikes through the temperate rain forest. The cove is also a great place for an afternoon kayak and is typically protected from the wind. But perhaps the most impressive and not to be missed feature of Bartlett Cove is the reconstructed skeleton of a humpback whale called "Snow" who beached nearby in 2001.
