respectively. Hollywood is synonymous with the glitz and grit of the film industry, and visitors can explore this major American cultural export with visits to the footprints and handprints of the stars at the Chinese Theater, or the literal stars representing celebrities on the Walk of Fame, or the homes of celebrities on Mulholland Drive. The theme is indeed fame, and Hollywood does it well, attracting aspiring actors in droves and capturing the attention of the world with its mix of celebrity and glamour. As the song says, “Hooray for Hollywood!”

Santa Ana winds. Headed to the beach? Don't go in June when the 'June Gloom' makes the beaches cold and foggy for most of the morning. The coast is always a bit cooler than inland (head to Santa Monica and not Hollywood if you want a breeze). Whatever time of year you go, however, you can leave your down coat at home.

Wow!! Hollywood will make you miss your hometown in a hurry. Wasn't all bad. Chinese theatre, wax museum, and ripleys were all nice stops. Just to many people for my liking.

It's an amazing place if you have money and are willing too go to some sketch places. I personally enjoyed my time around Hollywood. One thing that did bother me and I know won't change are the prostitutes. It's no legal, but we all know it happens and people aren't that great at covering it up.

Hollywood isn't what it's been portrayed in the movies. Nonetheless, everyone should go at least once in their lifetime.

I basically live around central LA and have heard lots of people talk crap about so I decided to write something: Hollywood is cliche af and yes there's lots of tourists but I personally enjoy seeing random things that happen on the streets, and there's also cool food places you can find all over LA
