Located in the lobby of the Roosevelt Hotel. It's open 24 hours and serves up burgers and fries.

When looking for a place to eat by Hollywood & Highland, there is no shortage of cafes, restaurants, stands, etc but I was happy to have found 25 Degrees inside the Roosevelt Hotel. By decor, it feels like a lush diner, with booths and a long bar. They have burger specials and daily happy hour. After attending a PaleyFest panel at the Dolby across the street, we made our way to 25 Degrees. We were sat by the hostess in a booth and given the menus. We were just in time for happy hour which we ordered discounted onion rings, wine, and beer. Yay for HH! Just so you know, they have a lot of Hollywood impersonators come by since they all hang out in front of the Chinese theater.

I also decided on an egg sandwich while Sean had the grilled cheese. Our food came out quickly and was delicious! They also had this ridiculous March burger special for $25 and it sounded amazing! I was glad to try this place out. Service was great and we enjoyed our food.

They have happy hour every day! The fries were really good, huge portions and reasonably priced.

One of the BEST ahi tuna burgers I've ever had. The fries are excellent as well and it's so perfectly located if you're touring hollywood.

Part of the historic Roosevelt Hotel, 25 Degrees is part bar and part coffee shop. Most recently, I had their breakfast. No omelets on the menu but lots of variations on scrambled eggs. My hash browns looked and tasted as though made from yesterday's dehydrated mashed potatoes, flattened and grilled on one side. The rest of the food was acceptable. The same has been true for the lunches I have eaten here. Expensive for what you get but the same can be said for almost every eatery in this area.

After a late night on the Hollywood strip, there were many food options about. If your wallet is still begging to be punished, why not take it here. 25 Degrees is located inside of the Roosevelt Hotel along with 5 other notable fancy pants bars. Entrance is from the inside of the hotel so don't get your drunk self spinning in circles looking for the entrance. I've never seen this place really crowded so whether with a group of 1 or 2 or 10, you won't find a problem plopping yourself here.

-=-Tuna burger-=- I ordered the Tuna burger to do something different. To this time, I've never had a good one, so I didn't really expect much. To be frank, it was the same old. Flavor always leaves a lot to be desired and it goes down super light so you'd feel like you wished you ordered 2. Maybe I'm just not destined to eat Tuna burgers. Anyways, I can't fault this place for ordering the wrong thing since everyone else's beef burgers looked damn tasty and oily. What more can I say...Get the BEEF!

2 glasses of Pinot Noir, 1/2 onion rings/fries, a burger w/ cheese, bacon, caramelized onion and fixin's- chocolate chip cookies and a shot of "adult" chocolate milk and you'll forget (for a few hours), that you just had an awkward encounter with your ex at the Roosevelt ;) No, really 25 degrees is good, they always have been. Great little spot to stop in for a burger and a drink. We've always had a good time here - throughout the years- we use to have burgers and french champagne until we spilled on ourselves, lol. Good times! They have burgers, sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, beer, wine, spiked milkshakes. I can't say I've ever ventured here outside of being at the Roosevelt for something, but they haven't ever disappointed. Good stuff! Oh, and their lattes are good too

Okay-- I've been torn about giving this place a 4 of 5.. it really depends what perspective you put everything in.

From a pure burger perspective-- this place takes the cake. It's gotta be tops or top 2 in my burger ladder. Especially Burger #2.. The beef is well seasoned, thick, and seared perfectly so we get no beef juice runoff, but is still super moist. The crispy pruscuitto was like bacon's better cousin, the pesto was the a lovely accent to bring out the beefiness of the beef, and the sundried tomato was a nice topper. Finally, this is also melded together by a good dosage of Burrta-- a soft and mild cow's milk cheese. Let's not to mention that the bun was just lightly crisp on the outside and as fluffy as it could get on the inside.

Now-- after that, how can you could you downgrade this to a 4 star?? it was an almost religious experience!

1) The fries were mediocre... maybe slightly above average, but far from a moving experience. It was just overcooked and didn't quite capture the crispy/soft texture one would look for in a fry. AND they charged us an extra dollar for ranch... seems quite petty.

2) The service could have been a little better. First, they moved us from a booth that we chose out to a small dinky table. The table was so dinky that we had to play a rubik's cube just to position our fries, burger, and drinks to all barely fit on the table.

Overall, this place definitely did have a absolutely fantastic burger. If they can round out the edges, this place definitely deserves a 5* in the fine burger category. I definitely want to come back for the burger, and might give those fries another try. Or if not, maybe choose another side...

One of my favorite burger spots! Every burger I've ordered has been delicious. I like their sweet potato fries, too. I like to take out of town guests here after they take a tour of Hollywood Blvd. The decor is swanky and feels like Hollywood. The burgers are a bit pricey but worth it for the occassional visit. Sometimes there's a wait for a table but never anything too long. The service is always great!

This is a great little burger bar with delicious burgers, fries and spiked milkshakes. It's in the Roosevelt Hotel, so as you would expect, the decor is chic and hip. The burgers are delicious, even the turkey burger (I'm not a big red meat eater, so I appreciate places with good turkey burgers). If you want to get adventurous with your milkshake, they have several alcoholic milkshakes. We went with a large group, and even though it's a small space, they accommodated us well and the service was very prompt. This is a great place to either start or end a night out in Hollywood!

Although the burgers were tasty, they were on the greasier side and were pricey compared to other burger joints. However, the smashed potatoes and onion rings are large enough for sharing and delicious. My favorite here though is the milkshake. They are very thick and full of flavor.

Of all the high end burger joints that poped up in LA over the past few years 25 Degrees rates as one of the worst. Ordered a burger medium rare and recieved it well done on a stale bun. The restuarant is also poorly designed and looks dirty. Do not recommend this place. Many better options in the neighborhood and some are more reasonably priced.
