Description
The Galleria in Houston is like no other mall you have seen. The seventh largest mall in the United States, you can literally shop until you drop! Shopping is just one of the many things you can do ... Read more
with your family. There are over 50 restaurants to satisfy everyone in your family, and you can even ice skate in the indoors skating rink "Polar Ice". If you would rather jog, there is a track overlooking the rink where you can exercise. After you are done with your day, you do not even need to leave the mall; there are two Westin hotels inside it.

This is my favorite mall in Houston. At times it can be hard to find parking in certain garages but I just go in the morning when it opens.
I also love the ice skating rink.

It's always super crowded during non-work ours (after 5, the weekend). Some of the stores are great, but getting through the mall, especially with all of the construction, is a huge pain. And parking? Forget about it. Plan for 20 minutes looking for free parking or plan to spend $12 for valet.

One of the best shopping malls in the country. The only mall to do more retail business in the US is in Las Vegas. The Galleria is surrounded by great restaurants and hotels. To walk from one end to the other is about 2 miles. You have Neiman Marcus on the East side and Saks on the far West side. It is three stories and the bottom story is a large food court with a skating rink. Hidden on the top is a private tennis and athletic club. There was even a movie produced in the 80's about the Galleria. There is shopping there for all levels of shoppers. The Saks store has just been rebuilt and it rivals the actual Saks on 5th Avenue in New York City. There is a play area for the kids and many fine dining options too. The best part, its all air conditioned!!

This is a huge mall with just about every selection you can imagine. Great stop for out of towners looking to shop or locals who need to pick up gifts.

The Houston Galleria is my local go-to spot when I'm in need of new luxury pieces.

In The Houston Galleria, you'll be happy to find an amazing Gucci store, a newly remodeled Louis Vuitton store, Carolina Herrera, Tiffany, Ralph Lauren, BVLGARI, and even a Chanel Boutique. On a larger scale, there's Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Nordstram Spa, and Saks Fifth Avenue

Best shopping in Houston! Love spending my weekends here. Stores for all budgets: Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom, Macy's, Abercrombie, Gap, and everything else you can imagine! Mother attractions such as ice skating and a huge food court with fast food and sit down restaurants. Also a Cheesecake Factory. Stop by if you have a chance, and park at the Dillards across the street and walk! (Saves the time fighting over parking spaces).

The Galleria is the fancy mall in the area, close to the 610. There's free parking and a connected Westin Hotel with balconies that look into the mall.

There aren't the variety of shops I would expect. It's mostly clothing and jewelry, with a food court and ice skating rink.

Calling all shopaholics! Just about every store you could imagine (from couture to Coach, to Macys, to Mac)... it's all here. Stay and have a skate around the ice rink, especially at Christmas time, when the giant tree lights up in the middle of the ice!

The Galleria is the largest mall in Houston filled with lots of high end department stores. There's also a skating rink if you're interested in ice skating. It's very popular with the locals so expect the crowds to come in during the weekends.

The Galleria, a place where you can find virtually everything you are looking for. From electronics to shoes, this mall is where you can find anything your heart desires. Just be warned, it is a very big mall and it is usually crowded with thousands of people with very difficult parking. But don't let that stop you from having a great time out to lunch with your girlfriends, or an ice skating trip with your kids. The tough parking and crowds are worth it.

One of my fave places in Houston since I love shopping!!! I also love that there's a French Connection there since my city doesn't carry one.
