plays host to many prestigious events. Best known as home field to the NFL's Indianapolis Colts, it has also hosted the Super Bowl and NCAA's Final Four thanks to its expanded capacity configuration. Though Lucas Oil Company has owned the naming rights to the stadium for over 20 years, the stadium was not opened until 2008 thanks in large part to the success of the Colts.

Lucas Oil is the home of the Colts Football team and hosts concerts and conferences through out the year. We are centrally located and moments away from the stadium.

Stopped by while in Indianapolis. The stadium is enormous. It is a bit far away from downtown but it is nearby all the other sports venues.

Lucas Oil Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in downtown Indianapolis. It replaced the RCA Dome as the home field of the NFL's Indianapolis Colts. The stadium also hosted Super Bowl XLVI in 2012. The stadium had its ribbon-cutting ceremony August 16, 2008, and then officially opened to the public eight days later on August 24, 2008. The stadium was constructed to allow the removal of the RCA Dome and expansion of the Indiana Convention Center on its site. The stadium is on the south side of South Street, the block south of the site of the former RCA Dome. The stadium is often referred to as "The House That Manning Built", even though Peyton Manning no longer plays for the Colts.
