Nice outdoor shopping and dining area. Kind of has a Pasadena-Orange County feel. A little bit of something for everyone here, including Forever 21 and Itsugar.

World Class -- It is a unique shopping and entertainment district world famous. Now it hosts very popular chain stores where once it was one of a kind stores. There are still a few home grown stores that are still plugging along. But a must visit.

Hear pave to go on a shiny day.walk the sidewalks and window shop. Hang out by the fountains and people watch. Weekends there is always someone playing music on a corner.

It's basically just a bunch of stores and restaurants all crammed together into a few blocks. I'm not sure why this place would be classified as "night life". It's a good area to shop and grab a bite but not a place to hang on a weekend night if you're looking for action.

Uptown vibes mix with incredible food to create an exciting place to walk around for a couple of hours.

This review is slightly over due, but still fresh in my mind! Visited this awesome outdoor shopping area back in December. Weather wasn't too bad, in the mid 40s. Everything was nicely lit of holiday lights including lamp posts and roof tops. One of my favorite parts is the horse carriages, you can get a ride around town in a nicely lit horse carriage, great date-night idea!

Lots of upscale restaurants and shops for your needs including Tiffany & Co. and Fogo de Chao . If you're strapped for cash, there are also everyday stores such as Forever 21 and H&M.

Parking was easy since there are many free structures. Street parking also available.

Overall, I had a great experience here and would love to come back some day.

Country Club Plaza is major shopping and eating places, that is about 5 blocks of outdoor venues. Disability access is limited due to curb-cuts. Disability parking is limited and spread out in very spares areas. You time is depending on how you shop and eat.

Otherwise known as "The Plaza," this is a great place to do some specialty shopping. If you want to look for some more pricey souvenirs, this is a place to visit. The only thing I don't really care for is the amount of traffic (both vehicle and foot traffic) in the area and the lack of signals or stop signs. It get's very congested and can be hard to move around. Be careful while driving through the area because people will walk out in front of you. Natives understand this and can get around pretty easily, but if you are new to the area, pay attention to where you're driving. Park your car, then you can get out and take a look around. You could spend the better part of the day at The Plaza doing some shopping and eating at some fantastic restaurants. The best time of year to visit The Plaza is between Thanksgiving and Christmas. You'll get to enjoy the Christmas lights and it will make you feel the holidays. If you haven't experienced this, I highly recommend a visit.

I absolutely love KC! Widely underestimated by most. There is so much to do as far as shopping, restaurants, culture, etc., Country Club Plaza and Crown Center are my picks in where to stay and visit.

Kansas City's original shopping district, this place has a charm all its own! See the original shops, restaurants and local attractions ... all while experiencing the outdoor Spanish architecture!

This pleasant plaza is one of the nicer places in KC. It still feels very middle America but at least the PF Changs is ensconced in "European" architecture.

Ours was a quick weekend getaway for a Yankees vs. Royals game that we thoroughly enjoyed! We stayed close to the Plaza for our first two days so we could explore and relax. So much going on! Lots of local color, music on they street corners, bands playing for happy hour, plenty of amazing food choices- something for everyone, lots of unique stores to meander through. Bring lots of spending money! You will find so many things you never knew you had to have!
