You can always count on delicious, bubbly hot sundobu at BCD 24/7. I occasionally end up here after a night out with friends, or solo adventure at a concert. Their tofu soups always hits the spot and I don't feel bad about what I ate because it doesn't leave me feeling heavy. All meats ordered are served on a sizzling hot plate with a decent portion.

The ban chan has decreased to 4 dishes instead of 6 (a long LONG time ago) in addition to their kimchi over the years, and they are less appetizing tho those who do not eat seafood. They also don't rotate those dishes anymore. (They used to serve broccoli, potato salad, etc. sometimes.).

Peak hours are around lunch, dinner, and late night (after concerts and clubs let out.) The wait is reasonable, staff are courteous, and ban chan is always served.

Best soon tofu in Ktown! I have tried all the other soon tofu places around Ktown but BCD is the best hands down. Do yourself a favor and get the extra spicy kimchi beef tofu, you won't regret.

The best tofu to get after 2am. Lots of side dishes. Rice porridge at the end of the meal

Everyone's go to spot in Ktown after a night out. They menu offerings are endless. You can never go wrong with getting their Korean tofu soup. I recently got the spicy chicken combo with the tofu soup.

Try to get here before 1:30am before there is a massive line outside.

Prices are raised since I've last been here but the place is still open 24hours a day and every day all year long. They flavor based on spice level as the regular flavor is mostly bland.

BCD has really grown over the years. So much to the point you can find their soon dubu in grocery stores. But in my opinion, they've gone done in quality. Luckily for them, they're open 24/7 sho they're an ready option for late night.

This place is open all day, everyday, do you can get your soon tofu fix whenever you like. Perfect for coming to after a late night out, or when you need a break from an all-nighter.

You get a small fried fish to start and a bunch of side dishes. There are a variety of tofu bowl flavors and even combos if you're feeling ambitious and want meat on the side as well.

What do you do when it's late night and you're...hungry, hungover, drunk, thirsty, etc. whatever it is and whatever you were doing, this is a place to go to cure whatever you want to cure. You basically don't have to do much but walk through the door, tell them how many, sit down and order. You don't have to cook like at Korean BBQ but you'll get a sizzling plate with your choice of beef pork or chicken. Do you want it spicy? Do you want it salty? Don't forget to ask for the grilled fish if it didn't come with the banchan. Get something to drink besides alcohol because you're probably waiting it out or babysitting someone waiting it out. After a long night, this place would be your option since it's open all night long. Just don't sleep at the table. It does not become you.

You belted out the Weeknd’s “The Hills” (for the seventh time) at the karaoke joint and after one too many Soju cocktails you aren’t ready to call it a night. There are plenty of 24 hour spots in the area, but only one BCD. For those not in the know, the “the house that tofu built” is the Waffle House of K-Town. A chain restaurant serving authentic comfort food. Things really get cooking after 2am, when last call hits and the booths are fill up with bar goers, huddled up in booths, slurping up the house favorite Soon Tofu: a bubbling, spicy salty, stew that’s guaranteed to “flush” your night’s sins away. You might not be able to kiss anyone the rest of the night, but your hangover will thank me in the morning.

Came here after a night out, and it was still open. Service here was pretty fast, especially when it was like 3am in the morning. The tofu soup by itself was roughly 10 bucks, and it came with sides and fried fish. It also came with rice.

The soup was average. It's not the best tasting tofu soup I have had. They give a raw egg for you to put into the soup as it is still boiling.

There is a lot of room here, so you don't really have to worry about waiting, at least during the time we went, which was still a lot of people too. I guess a lot of people have late night munchies after a night out.

BCD is probably the most popular korean tofu in L.A. One of the few who has more than one location. BCD is well-known for using organic tofu and has a fish as part of the bachan.

Price here is fair, the best about this place it opened 24/7 ! So if you having hangover or feeling sick, this is can be a good remedy food. I think their weakness is their meat entree. Service here is top notch, always responsive.

BCD Tofu House is a good place for some late night soon tofu. It's open 24 hours and is located in the heart of K-Town. Many people come here to eat after a night of drinking. There's a variety of soon tofu flavors to choose from. I really like the seafood tofu soup, kim chi tofu soup, and the soybean paste tofu soup. They give you a fried fish as part of the appetizers and even though it's nothing too special, I really like it. They also serve a variety of combos that have a meat plate and tofu soup, but I usually don't order these combos because I wouldn't be able to finish everything. Order the combo if you want to share with someone!

What's NOT to love about BCD....

24 hour service of hot boiling cauldrons of gooey goodness and all the crazy drunken drama of club after hours. I don't need to watch Korean soap operas- I just come here.

Try their their raw crab combo-- and if you order spicy -- remember it's Korean spicy not American spicy.

Nicely remodeled.

24 hours a day.
If you need to get some tofu soup in middle of the night, here is your only option.

This place is great for large groups after hitting the clubs or drinking.
They have a veggie tofu soup for our vegetarian friends.

Soup is decent. But at 2 -4am it hits the spot.
Service is super slow. Expect to wait for extra banchan/water/check.
