A really nice place to stop by with the kids if you're spending time downtown. They have a fun splash pad for the little ones with a starbucks right there. There is also another cool kids playground at the bottom of the park.

Three tiered park is mostly plaza style with a fountain and splash pad at the top portion of the park. There is also a Starbucks and other buildings lining it. Lots of drought tolerant plants from around the world.

Hidden gem within downtown los angeles!

This park spans over 4 blocks starting up near Grand and is a great place to walk / jog through during the day and night time. The top level of the park has an awesome fountain that is extremely photogenic and provides a great view of the park and city hall. Right across from the the top is also the Music Center which also has a great courtyard with abstract art and fountains. Not things you'd normally associate with downtown LA.

As you venture farther down the blocks, there are great areas to walk, lounge, and just enjoy the surroundings. I think there's even a starbucks on site though it's never open as I normally go jogging through it at night. Great place to experience a different side of downtown LA!

Grand Park is a great resource for Downtown, having helped revitalize the long-dormant green space located between two rows of county government buildings.

If Grand Park didn't add so much to the neighborhood, I would have subtracted a star because more needs to be done to attract moderately priced restaurants to the immediate area to serve weekend park-going families as well as local weekday workers. For now, you'll have to settle for a lone Starbucks in the park between Grand Ave and Hope St, next to the wading fountain.

Directly above the Civic Center/Grand Park Metro station.

Hipsters rejoice! Grand park is a gathering place for artists, musicians, and mustaches showing their wears. Bring your fluffy dogs and empty stomachs to one of many grand events for a fun day in the sun.

Grand Park is a pretty decent size park located center of Downtown L.A. It a popular destination for locals and especially during annual new year count down. Not a fan of parking in this area. The parking meter on street is crazy $4 per hour. The lot nearby usually want a least $9.

They had event held this and worth to visit but as I said I not fan parking here wish there's more route. You can always take a public bus here but is too much hassle. Regardness this park is nice to had in middle of the office building in the area. Walking distance to Disney Music Hall.

An open, cemented space between City Hall and the Music Center and between the County courthouse and the county administrative building that has been turned into a commons area/park with fountains, trees, shrubbery and a small stage where performers from the Music Center occasionally come and give free performances.

Love this place!

This place makes you forget you're in downtown. It's not the largest park but the water fountain that changes colors descends into a pool of water you can walk on. Pretty neat. I can now say I walked on water like Jesus!

What also stands out are the neon pink chairs you can sit on. What a punch! I took a stroll here during night time and it was so relaxing. I could have probably spent a few hours here doing nothing. But if you want something else to do, get some coffee at the Starbucks (located in the park) or climb up to the Music Center across the street!

Considering this is Downtown Los Angeles, grand park is a pretty amazing accomplishment. It really shows how much effort is going toward improving Downtown.

The park itself spans a few blocks and slowly rises to a fountain up top. There are walkways filled with a diverse range of plants that are defined and described on well designed signs. The park is filled with trees and has both shady and sunny spots. There are also hot pink benches, tables and chairs and an on site Starbucks.
