Wonderful little pseudo intimate venue to see a show. The theatre is positioned outdoors within the canyon at the foothill to Gryffith Park. On a mild night it's such a beautiful back drop for a show. Parking ranges from $25+ if you don't want to take the $10 shuttle from offsite parking lot. Drinks are $10-$15 and liquor is served. My only gripes are the seats are kind of uncomfortable (plastic foldable baseball stadium type) and the music just didn't seem loud enough for my taste. Avoid the upper deck seating at the corners. I didn't sit there but the viewing angle was incredibly sharp and I'm sure the sound was less than ideal. Upper deck middle and off middle weren't too bad at all.

Love watching concerts here in the midst of the outdoors! Especially love the new Mercedes/fandango multiple bar lounge deck area they added! The lights and sound system is more then adequate and you might even see a deer walking back to your car!

Historic outdoor amphitheater in the Los Angeles hills off of Los Feliz. Incredible place to see a show. Only reason I don't give it five stars is because I like the Hollywood Bowl better and I want to be consistent.

Greek Theatre is basically a small version of Hollywood Bowl. Outdoor Theatre located near Griffin Park. I when there 3 times so far. I also been to their hospitality section which is very nice. They serve you food and nice patio.

The Theatre has good view seat even the worst seat of the house. The performer here usulaly are no A list if they are are probably old timer. I did when to see Culture Club here which was suprise they would perform here. It was fully packed !

I have seen some amazing concerts here. One of my favorite venues. Last show I was was Bjork, and it was pretty spectacular.

Tucked away in a residential area at the bottom of Griffith Park, the Greek theater, is a great place to watch a concert! In typical "bowl" fashion the venue is outdoors. Under the stars you can watch bands, comedians, or even listen to storytelling as an orchestra plays along at Halloween (Eek at the Greek.) They have now added "off-site" parking for $7 and it's totally worth it!! Stacked parking is $20 adjacent to the venue and its tough to get out once the show is done.

Great venue for concerts and events! Located just below the Griffith Observatory, the theater offers plenty of seating without overcrowding the area. The venue itself isn't that big, which is good so the views from each seat isn't too bad. The theater's very own orchestra was amazing, and paired together with amazing nighttime views of the stars above... Definitely a big plus!

Parking can be hassle and get real packed with traffic, but it still beats parking down the hill and having to walk up and down from the venue, especially late at night!

Love coming to the Greek Theatre! The acoustics, staging and quality of bands/act are great. The seats all get a great view and I don't have any issues with obstruction. The drive to get there is the only bad thing about this place.

One of my favorite outdoor venues to view concerts, the Greek Theater is definitely a treat especially on a beautiful evening. The traffic is the only downside as there is only a two-lane road in either direction going through a residential district.

I've had the opportunity to come to the Greek for a few concerts and always had a good time. It's like a mini version of the Hollywood Bowl.

There's no bad seat at the Greek. I've sat up close and also far back. Both are just as good of a view. Just like the Bowl, you can picnic around the venue before the concert.

The one complaint I have is parking. Cars get stacked up so leaving the venue can take forever. Parking is also $20 bucks a car.

Be sure to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy before the show!

Good Venue to catch a concert! tip bring a picnic before the show and eat at one of the picnic tables at Griffith Park. we were dreading parking but it wasn't too bad $15 for a lot and it was a breeze leaving the concert!

This is a great music venue that is walkable from Hollywood Boulevard and the Sunset Strip (although a bit of a hike up the hill). I have seen some great shows here, and recommend others visit given the chance.

Get me to the Greek!

More intimate than the Hollywood Bowl, I had a great time enjoying a show at the famous Greek Theatre.

For parking, I utilized the prepaid off-site shuttle parking. For only $7 per vehicle, I parked at the Griffith Park Pony/Train rides. I had our printed receipt scanned & given a wristband, which enabled us to board the shuttle. A short ride later, I'm at the Greek! Pick up was at the same location. We got there early, so didn't have to wait to be brought back. Way better than stack parking!

Most seats have a great view of the stage. The acoustics were good, as I enjoyed a beautiful sunny SoCal evening, listening to fine music.

This is probably my favorite outdoor music venue I've been to. The smaller size makes for more of a personal experience.

I highly recommend catching a show at the fabulous Greek Theatre!

Check out what is playing. Great open air venue. Bring a jacket,
as the California summer nights can be cool.

We had a great opportunity to see the Atomic Bomb at this location. Great venue, great seats all around. The two big screens on each side of the stage makes for great viewing. The staff is friendly and informative, and the places to eat at that location will keep your stomach full.

Parking is 25 dollars, unless your able to get a good spot on the street.

I am in love with this beautiful venue!

I attended the Above and Beyond's Acoustic concert this past weekend and I was completely blown away by the entire experience at the Greek Theatre!

Since the show started at 8pm, my bf and I arrived about 1 hr early and we were able to find free parking with a disability placard. They have several curbside spots open reserved for people with disability placards and once that fills up you are forced to park inside the lots for $15- $20.

With our electronic tickets, going through security was a breeze. They have a very efficient process in checking purses, etc, so there was no build up or lines to wait in to get in. Restroom and food vendors were all clearly indicated inside the theater and we had no problems finding our way around.

About 5 minutes before the show we were directed to our section and found our seats easily. I bought tickets in Section A Row D and I was surprised as to how close we were to the stage! I even bought binoculars because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to see and I didn't even use them at all throughout the concert. But for those who do have further seats, there's two big screens on either side of the stage which focuses on the performers so binoculars really aren't necessary at all.

The sound system was crisp and loud but not obnoxiously loud where it would hurt our ears so those sitting near the speakers rest assured that you don't have to worry about going deaf after a concert.

The backdrop of the tall trees and beautiful lightning at night surrounding the theater made the venue feel so serene, and since I was at an acoustic concert it fit in very nicely with the venue. At one point they even had confetti blowing over the audience during a song which got everyone really excited!
