Little Tokyo is a nice area in Los Angeles to visit and see a contrast in culture. There are many shops and restaurant to see. Every once and awhile, you would see events for cosplayers.

This is cute little Plaza / Village with a bunch of cute shops and food stores. I love the Wish Trees in the middle of the village and Sanrio store.

Love, love, love! The little shops have everything you want but don't need, so take extra money! The stores are tiny but cute and the food places in the center are just as tasty and cute!

It's fun to take people that have never been to Japan. Other than that... Kinda loses its feel after you go there a couple of times... But still fun to take tourists

I think it's funny that this area is called Little Tokyo what with all the Korean restaurants and stores. But it's cool to see how diverse it is here regardless.

I am not a fan of LA; the traffic, the difficulty in finding parking anywhere, and the pollution. But I am a huge fan of its Little Tokyo district. I love all the restaurants, shops and seeing people cosplaying.

There's a lot to do with many little shops and restaurants around there. There are also some great bakeries, ice cream, and gelato stores.

I was thinking that Little Tokyo would be more like actually being in Japan than what it actually is, and maybe we missed a good portion of the district, but the shopping and dining area here isn't that big, and consists of some stores and restaurants, and two small malls.

What a great area in Downtown LA that has so many amazing places to eat. It's a foodie paradise and great for walking around at all the quirky and cute asian inspired stores.

This is one of my favorite areas in L.A. Home to MOCA as well as a variety of other small galleries, the food can't be beat. Little teahouses, sushi and Japanese trinket shops make this such a fun area to explore. The Japanese grocery store is fun to explore all the aisles of different snacks, ingredients and produce as well as the delectable dessert shops nearby. Great for souvenir shopping as well as restaurant hopping to try all different snacks and foods.

This is the best spot to find good eats in the Los Angeles area. There's awesome sushi restaurants, ramen restaurants and everything that has to do with Japan! Sometimes you will forget that you're in L.A.

Sooo many good food places!! My suggestion go to the shopping center where you have the choice of all you can eat korean BBQ. Sushi, or ramen. When you are full you have your choice of an adult bowling alley complete with a huge arcade about 12 pool tables and two fully stocked bars.
