Amazing museum, which features the don't-miss Noah's Arc and many other exhibits. Multi-cultural. Currently an interactive show about Paul Simon. 2018 will have a show about Ruth Bader Ginsberg.

A staple cultural center and museum in la with some of most famous works of art displayed within its walls. They also have great concerts and events hosted here - for free in the summer!

Wow this is a beautiful and majestic venue! I attended an evening workshop here recently and really appreciated the design and space layout. It is somewhat painful to get to this location as traffic often times is congested but I think it's a popular destination for weddings and business events. Parking is free too - yay!

This is an incredible place to host events. I attended the WORLDZ Marketing summit recently and immediately loved the layout of the venue. There are several indoor and outdoor areas to explore. There are classrooms, auditoriums, and art around the Skirball as well. I definitely need to come back here for more event programming.

Pro-Tip: There is free outdoor parking across the street.

This is a great place to host events! Last night there was a wedding reception and a bar mitzvah happening simultaneously and you never would've known! The venue was beautiful with an outdoor reception and bar and indoor banquet hall with 2 bars. Beautiful architecture and perfect 2-level semi-circle setup that brought the wedding reception to life.

I want to take my best friends kids here someday! Even if you're not religious it is a fun place to go at least once (with kids). I appreciate the creative interaction they have at Noah's Ark. They even have an art studio for them!!!

I may be a little bias for giving them 4 stars instead of 3. I came here to go see one of my favorite illustrator, Gary Baseman's exhibit. He's the one who created that cartoon show, Teachers Pet. His exhibit is until August (?) and it blew my mind. I've never seen an exhibit as creative as his. It was worth paying $10 because I was in there for more than an hour. I left the museum satisfied with what I saw.

Baseman's exhibit, "THE DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN":
- I'm really sad I missed out on his opening night. Shepard Fairy DJ'd and Baseman gave everyone a custom baseman-esque "key to his home"
- He created a layout of his house he grew up in and each room told a story about his childhood and his art was everywhere. I was in awe (note: i am an art geek)

WARNING:
Kids might not like baseman's artwork and won't want to enter some of the room cuz it's creepy.

PARKING:
Is free! You can see it if you enter the driveway after you exit the freeway. If you come from the opposite direction then you may miss it because it's in your blind spot.

ENTRANCE:
$10 for adults. I heard its free on Thursdays but they close around 5pm (check their website).

Skirball is a Jewish Cultural Center that is free for Bank of America card holders the first weekend of each month. That includes admission into the amazing Noah’s Ark exhibit too. The Noah’s Ark exhibit is an interactive exhibit that tells the story through large animals that will move or make noise on your control. There’s also a large portion of the museum with lots of Jewish heirlooms that talk about the history of different Jewish communities throughout the world. Skirball is a great place to hang out at for a couple of hours and the Noah’s Ark can entertain kids for hours too (though they have a 2-hour time limit per group).
