welcomes acts from around the globe. Thanks to modifiable seating within the theatre, which was built in 1931, it can accommodate a wide assortment of different acts and groups. Both buildings provide a stunning backdrop for photographs and snapshots, while events held in the venue are unlike any other in the nation. The complex is included on the National Register of Historic Places.

People come here to enjoy the next hit or the current hit and a band that played in the past. It's an old theater that is meant for music. Concert goers come and jam to their favorite tune.

This place is often use for special and private event. Not a movie theater. Located across the metro station make jt popular spot to host many events.

We saw Andy Mineo here and it was bomb. Standing in the general admission area but it was great. Close enough for a great view.

Built in 1931, this breathtaking Art Deco building has had more work done on it than the Kardashian clan, yet manages to retain its opulent design (shiny gold fixtures, forest green color scheme) that seem out of place in modern, minimalist Koreatown. The concert venue steeped in rich tradition is still very much relevant, hosting the latest and greatest music and comedy acts, while adding modern elements like automated, bottom-up beer dispensers and one of the best live sound systems in LA.

Ah, the Wiltern. The venue for my first concert ever and for many more to come. I've been upstairs and down, and in many different views and angles, and there are really no "bad" seats.
It's a pretty great venue, but I wouldn't recommend it for any rock bands or high energy performers. This is because, on the top tier, it's all just seats- and zero energy. And the general admission area on the ground floor has a bunch of waist-high walls that really break up the crowd. That means no crowd surfing, no moshing, and not a whole lot of energy. The whole point of a concert is to be sweaty and gross and tightly packed like sardines as everyone races towards the stage. When the crowd is broken up like that, there is no adrenaline- you might as well just watch it from YouTube for free.

The short of it: it's an ok venue, but not very energetic.

The Wiltern Theater is a classic live music venue where almost every seat is a good seat. Parking can be found behind the theater.

Had a great experience here. Had some trouble with overpriced parking, I would recommend reserving a spot in advance so you can just pull in when you arrive. http://www.parkme.com/los-angeles-parking/the-wiltern

One of my favorite places for concerts. Get there early though if you're short so you can find a good place to stand!

Saw Guns & Roses perform LIVE here. It's a nice place for concerts, small and compact with seats on the top.

Is it me or does it ALWAYS seem so smoky in here? I come here for concerts and I love it.

BARS:
There is a bar downstairs... with their own bathroom! Woot! So if you went to a concert where it's mainly teenagers and you're over 21 and don't wanna wait in line... BOOM. Bar bathroom. 21+ only, biatches.
Open bar. Tons of drinks and a pricey amount. :P Cash Only.
Even water is expensive. :P

FLOOR:
Bottom floor is ALL standing. -_-
So if you really wanna see a show up close, GET THERE EARLY.
If you don't care... still get there early. Crowds are crazy :P

MEZZANINE:
Top floor... seats! :D
View is alright if you're closer. If you're far... it's ehh...

PARKING:
Street or the Ralph's parking lot ($20)

FOOD:
Overpriced

MERCH:
Overpriced

OVERALL:
Great concerts. :D

Awesome landmark with classic Art Deco architecture, the Wiltern is located in K-Town on Wilshire Blvd. We had to park in the lot but rounded to the other side due to massive amounts of traffic circling around the venue.

The venue itself is pretty cool and reminded me of a slightly larger House of Blues. I saw Ingrid Michaelson at the Wiltern last week and I wasn't disappointed in the venue nor the artist. The music was great minus the $20 cost to park. Luckily we had a parking attendant gesture us to park in a prime spot where the elevator was. They sell alcohol and food inside. The hot dogs range about $4 - $5. Heineken was $10. They had the normal 'concert' goods like shirts, bags, CDs, etc.

It was a decent turnout and even though we had GA standing room only tickets, we found a spot with a rail and was able to 'lean' against it all night. Perfect, if you find it hard to stand for 3 hours. Even if I have seats, I find that most people stand throughout concerts, therefore forcing you to stand if you want to see. Our rail happened to be on a slope so I didn't have to strain myself and was high enough so that I could see over most people's heads. That's an ideal concert experience for me. Even better were the bacon-wrapped hot dogs waiting for us outside after the concert.

A good venue to see a show for sure. Balcony on top has seats, the whole bottom area is general admission. The theater itself has been nicely maintained so you still get a vintage feel without, the feeling of decay.

One of LA's best music venues. My best Wiltern memory? The Killers playing Hot Fuss straight through.
