Crystal Cove is a separate island from Boracay. We had a boat stopover when visiting other islands. Great spot for pictures taking and looking into the ocean! The most mesmerizing place was one of the narrow stairway leading down to the cave where the ocean waves break waves. It was quite daunting as the cave leads straight to the ocean and space was slippery and restricted. We tried to take some good photos but due to the cave being darker from inside, we had not much luck.

Hey, guess what? This place is fantastic! If you have adventure in your blood, but you're not really into too much hiking, this place is for you. We opted to try out this place at the last minute. We did the day tour, which cost us about Php 300-500 per head. It includes the island tour + lunch. There were many pigeons roaming around the area, so make sure to not leave your food unattended.

Anyway, there are two caves that you'll get to visit. Cave #1 features a small cave and a little lagoon where you can swim in. There are fishes there and you can also try to climb up some rock formations for a better profile picture, if you're into that. Cave #2, my personal favorite, gets you to hike a little bit up to the far end of the island and then you go down this spiral staircase made of wood(I think?). From there, you swim through this gargantuan cave opening, and then you need to summon your tomb raider spirit in you and crawl through this little cave to reach a very nice lagoon/pool.

I really loved cave #2, cause I get to swim around in the pool more. Make no mistakes, it's very deep there. It actually looked shallow at first - Haha! Big mistake.

Very much enjoyed this tour and it was pretty cheap, too! The view was breathtaking. Activities were very much worthwhile. The food was good, too! :)
