With brick-oven pizzerias popping up all over town the past few years, it’s difficult to remember the dark days when this part of Mark Soyka’s 55th Street Station complex was mainland Miami’s sole source of open-flame-cooked pies. But the pizzas still hold up against the newbie pack, especially since exec chef Frank Crupi has upped the ante with unique-to-Miami offerings like a white (tomato-free) New Haven clam pie. Also available: salads, panini, and a tasty meatball appetizer with ricotta. There’s a respectable wine and beer list, too. $$

My favorite pizza in Miami. The brick oven and combination of quality ingredient make the pizza delicious. My favorite is the Genovese.
The staff is super nice too.

This pizza spot right off of biscayne is totally awesome. In a converted garage/car wash they serve up some really great pizza. Very cool.

If you're a pizza lover, then this is the place to go! Get ready to experience pizza in a different way. They have a wide variety of combinations and the taste is unlike any pizza I've had. My favorite is the QUATTRO FORMAGGI.

It's like finding jesus in a pizza.
There really isn't enough I can say about Andiamo. I love everything about it, from the pizza pies to its retro garage setting. The crust is perfection and the sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, with tons of fresh basil. I recommend the Brooklyn Special (pepperoni, caramelized onions and red and yellow bell peppers) or for the more adventurous lot, the Genovese, with potatoes, gorgonzola, bacon and (GASP!) no sauce.

LOVE ! In a repurposed gas station. Screens old movies outside while diners eat on picnic tables. Italian beer and good pizza. What more could you want ?!

Part of 55th Street Station, there's a nice collection of local restaurants including Pizza with wood burning oven, Authentic Thai Food, Continental cuisine and more. Located approximately 5 minutes from our home.

If you love hot thin pizza this is the place for you. Their pizza is thin and super super delicious. Try the Popeye pizza. One will not be enough so plan ahead.
