In the heart of Nashville downtown I stayed at this hotel when I had to attend a work conference. The room I had was spacious and I really enjoyed having a separate living room. The shower was a bit awkward but other than that I would stay again if I had to take a trip back!

I really loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The best part was the rooms. Each room has a separate living room area and the bathrooms are huge and sleek. I definitely felt like I was in a vegas hotel, even though I was in downtown Nashville. It is conveniently located right next to the hockey rink, convention center, and the bars on Broadway. I even had a great view of the batman building.

Stayed here back in 2010 on my first trip to Nashville. Didn't stay but one night but it was a fantastic experience. One of the most luxurious hotels I have stayed at.

If I had my choice of Nashville hotels to stay in, and could afford it, I would pick the downtown Hilton every time. Just walking into the lobby feels like you're doing something special. Look up and you'll see the rooms and balconies surrounding the huge, open lobby. Off to the sides are curtained seating areas for privacy and a nice bar sits in the middle of the grand staircase. The rooms are nice and have everything needed: safe, flat screen TV, and soft beds. The hotel is in the middle of undergoing remodeling and many of the rooms are less than a month old. There's also a sports-themed restaurant in the hotel which frequently stays open til 2 or 3 am. The staff was even friendly enough to give me some tips on saving money: valet is actually cheaper than parking yourself at the Hilton!

My jaw dropped when I walked into this hotel. The massive lobby felt like the centerpiece of this grand building, since you can look out to the area from your door. They are currently undergoing renovation, and the newly renovated rooms are extremely sleek. Don't miss out on the Peter Thomas Roth hygiene products - they feel like a spa in a bottle. If you stay here you are in the heart of all the most popular Nashville attractions. Everything you might want to visit in downtown is within walking distance, including the Country Music Hall of Fame! Be prepared to shell out some major money for parking. Even self-park is pricey.

The downtown Hilton is opulent. The perfect hotel for the CMA awards, as the red carpet runs right out front. The country walk of fame is right outside- I was excited to find Dolly's star! It is surrounded by some of the best attractions in Nashville- on one side you have the symphony center and the walking bridge, one side is the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the other side is the Bridgestone arena (home to the Preds) and behind it is lower Broad. The lobby is a sight to behold. It feels like a city unto itself- there are big glass elevators and a whole flower garden inside. A must see.

If I could pick one word to describe the Hilton Nashville Downtown it would be "grand". Everything about this hotel is big and rich, from the lobby, to the meeting spaces, to the building itself. Everything is centered around the enormous lobby whose soaring ceilings and modern decor make you feel like a tiny ant in a very well-decorated terrarium. While I was wandering around the lobby, no fewer than three employees asked me if I needed help finding something, so the staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms themselves don't have a lot of personality, but not everyone wants to sleep in an art project. Few hotels in Nashville can boast such convenient placement. The Hilton is a block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, and all the honky tonks on Lower Broad.

The Downtown Hilton is directly across from the Bridgestone Area- GO PREDS!!! The hotel has a BIG (massive really) lobby with a grand double staircase. You can choose to eat at one of the four restaurants in the hotel or enjoy some bar food within walking distance. I recommend Paradise Park. I don't want to give too much away about P. Park, so you should just stop by and see the very unique place for yourself.
The hotel rooms are welcoming with a sofa, armchair, flatscreen TV, double cup coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a desk/table area! I really liked the countertops in the bathrooms, they're a nice touch. The rooms do not have WI-FI in them, but the hotel has two computers, printers, and a fax machine in their business center. I liked that the fitness center overlooked the large indoor pool, so you can watch the water if you get bored with your personal TV on the machines.
The Downtown Hilton is a large hotel with much to offer in a great location in downtown Nashville.
