New Jersey Vacations

New Jersey may be the butt of a few jokes, but visitors will find that it has more to offer than just being Manhattan's neighbor. It is a favorable summer destination, where beachgoers come to enjoy seaside towns like Wildwood and Ocean City. Of course, the most popular tourist attraction is New Jersey's version of Las Vegas: casino-ridden Atlantic ... Read more
City and its famous boardwalk are currently in a state of regrowth in the aftermath of 2012's Hurricane Sandy. Home to famous rockers like Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen, the Garden State prides itself on its abundance of performance venues and music halls - but if you still want a taste of Broadway, NYC is just a quick car, train, or bus ride away.

New Jersey

Weather-wise, early summer is the best time to visit New Jersey since you’ll eschew the hot and humid temperatures of July and August. However, don’t expect to have the Jersey Shore all to yourself: summer not ... Read more
only brings families and kids delirious with fresh-out-of-school freedom, but also pumps up the area’s thriving nightlife. Also keep in mind that weekends can get even more crowded. By mid-September, things start to quiet down in the state’s most popular areas. Winter can be bleak, but you’ll be rewarded by lower prices on your accommodation (especially good if you’re saving the big bucks for Atlantic City).

What can I say, I'm a Jersey girl born and raised. I have a love hate relationship with my home state and in general it is a place that people love to hate. But really it ain't so bad.

Jersey has everything! And even though the natives complain of boredom there is a lot to do...

You've got mountains in the north west for skiing, farm lands in the south for delicious locally grown veggies, forests in the center for hiking and the shoreline to the east for swimming in the ocean.

Easy access one of the most major cities in the world! And if New York isn't quite your speed Philly is just on the other side. And the nations capital is only a couple hours drive.

The world famous boardwalk and casinos of Atlantic City! As a mix of cultures and the best of international cuisine from around the globe.

Jersey has just about anything your could want to do, see, or experience throughout the year all within about a 3 hour drive.

Visited many times for business meetings - not downtown, but out in those country based campuses that the big companies have. Lots of fine residential communities here.
