Local from New York City, New York State, USA

I've lived in over 6 different cities in the last 5 years, and this is the place that feels like home. I've been in the city for a year and half and honestly never want to leave. It welcomes anyone and everyone. You'll never be bored here. This place has such a large piece of my heart. I hope everyone gets to experience the magic NYC has to offer.

New York City is a place you need to visit more than once. Each time I'm here I fall in love with it a little bit more. I also always find more cool places to explore. Some of my favorite areas to explore are SoHo, East Village, and Flatiron.

If you want to explore New York like a local then stay away from Times Square and the normal tourist hotspots and put on your walking shoes so you can get lost in the city instead of tking the subway. Who knows what you will find!

New York City is the largest city in the U.S. and is a melting pot of different cultures and experiences for everyone. With cool restaurants, outdoor spaces and nightlife, there is always something to do here hence why its the "city that never sleeps". Although New York can be a bit pricey, there are plenty of ways to save money but still enjoy what this great city has to offer.

I love NYC, not for the obvious things like culture and 24 hour availability of many things, but because of the history and architecture that I could gaze upon for days.

What an amazing city! I feel like my life is more complete after visiting this famous big city. With more high rises than I imagined and pretty billboards, I am just in awe of how many people are here!!! In the early mornings, everyone seems to be in a rush on the streets and subways. Get a weekly subway pass if you plan to be here for 3 days or more. It is worth it. I can get to all the touristy places without a car, using the subway and walking!!!

New York is my all time favourite place to be. It's the best spot for adventure and has it's own escapes from life in Central Park. No better place to be
