offerings. We started out with the Radicchio, a salad mixed with lardons, manchego, six minute egg and grated cheese. In some ways it's like a caesar salad with a bit of a bite. A large is $7 and the portion is very generous. I definitely recommend trying that out! We also a side of fries ($3), which were adequate and ended with a panna cotta - which was extremely creamy and topped with Oregon rasberries soaked in vanilla. Yum!

Favorite meal of the trip. We tried come here on a friday at 8pm and they told us it would b 2-2.5hour wait. We tried again the next day for the 530 seating. This place doesn't take reservation so we came back at 3pm to put our name down for 530pm slot. So just remember add two hours to whatever time you want to eat... i.e. if you want to eat at 730 i would come around 5-530pm to put your name down

So what to eat... Everything lol we had the spanish octopus, ribeye, and a side of potatoes and everything was so delicious! I can't wait to go back.

We got the frittata and the migas and both were delicious and perfect for me and my friend to split. The food comes out family style so it is great if you want to try multiple dishes. We also started with the coffee cake which I would highly recommend!

Earned my 4.5 star with taste and flavors; even though they didn't let us order brunch because we missed it by like 6 minutes. :(

It was one of the better meals compared to the rest of Portland. We missed brunch time, but we were able to order from the happy hour menu. 17 dollars for a well cooked steak (really well seasoned) . 4 dollars for a LARGE bacon and egg salad and an extensive collection of beers and wine.

Probably the only restaurant I'd go again if I ever visit Portland again (which is probably never because LA is way better ( sorry LA pride) ) Portland is cool though, lots of food carts.

I came here to try their happy hour menu. We got a salad, fries, and panna cotta. The panna cotta was definitely one of my favorites. Very creamy. The salad had chunks of pork belly, which I really loved. The fries felt like in n out style fries, which I cane get anytime.

Amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We ordered a lot and had lots of questions and they were fantastic! You need to get the French toast for sure. The soft egg bread pudding is also very good. Try the Nico beverage and you will feel warm and cozy!

Everything about this place is perfect. We arrived and were quoted a 45 minute wait so we hovered around the bar. One of the staff started chatting with my friend and hinted two seats at the bar soon. We quickly moved over and were seated within 5 minutes. The bartender and waiter were awesome! Super knowledgeable in the menu and very friendly. We ordered way too much food and managed to eat it all because it was so good. We orders a large portion of the blueberry waffles, the egg pudding, biscuits and bacon and the banana nut bread. What's so great about Tasty n Adler is how they take staple dishes and make them even more flavorful. For example the French toast was soaked in melted ice cream and drizzled with blueberry syrup. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would go back all the time if I could. It couldn't have been any better.

Tasty N Alder was an awesome bar/restaurant to dine at in the Pearl District of downtown Portland. We arrived before dinner and enjoyed their bar menu, which was just as delicious as it looked on the menu. Had some of the best fries ever and enjoyed the radicchio salad along with a cheese/pate platter that hit the spot! Sat at the bar and had a great chat with the bartender. Perfect spot for an early meal!

This place seems to always be busy, but the waits are quicker than suggested and it's easy to get a drink and a nosh while you wait. The atmosphere is boisterous, like you're at a really good party, and service is Portlandish (get what you give). I've never eaten something here that wasn't amazing, and the Moscow Mule was pitch perfect. Dishes are expensive but worth the splurge.

Went for brunch, call ahead or come in and put your name down, long waits on the weekend.

Food was prepared well, but extremely rich. Dining concept is interesting, it's like coursed family-style. So if you order 5 things, each thing comes out one at a time for you to share. Neat concept but brunch took much longer than it needed to.

I've had one of my most memorable meals here. There was a big group of us and we shared most of the dishes family style. This place does fusion really well. I remember a Filipino-inspired adobo dish that was excellent. Their kalbi was also good. The restaurant isn't in the liveliest neighborhood, but the restaurant is beautiful and service isn't too bad either.

Sooo goooood. They have truly found a way to incorporate worldly flavors with an American diner experience. Really great bloody marys too!
