fast, and delicious; they offer three items burgers, shakes, and fries. They pay their workers well above the minimum. They are lauded by locals for being different from other fast-food venues, and with their history and limited expansion, they are as undeniably SoCal as beaches and battleships. For those first timers, don't forget about the secret menu. "Animal style" is grilled onions, pickles, and extra sauce (order everything this way), and "Protein style" is a burger wrapped in lettuce, no bun.

It was fine. The food was good, just not what everyone said. Expected better.

This is a good restaurant. I have heard so much about it that I think I expected a bit too much. The food was good but not great and it didn't blow me away. If you're from Sweden and used to Max burgers, then you will see that the fries are quite different here (any day I prefer Man's fries) .

Favorite place to grab a burger, and it is so cheap! Freshly made fries and milkshakes made with real ice cream round out a great meal!

In n out is my go to lunch spot when I forget to bring lunch to work. It's fast, easy and the best tasting fast food restaurant. The employees are always friendly too, which is NOT the case with most fast food restaurants.

I like the burgers here (protein style), but I'm not a fan of the fries. For some readon they always seem a bit dry or hallow. Tried a strawberry shake too, but it tasted artificial and the texture was kind of off putting, a bit gummy or lacking texture.

Overall, In-n-out is okay to me, but it's not somewhere I'd choose to go. The burgers are tasty and fresh, especially w/ onions.

One thing I do appreciate about this chain is that the service has always been good.

In and Out is what it is. Amazingly, this one has lines out the door and around the block at 11pm at night on a wens. So not fast food. You've been warned!

Who doesnt love In-N-Out? I have friends that visit from different states just for this place (not even kidding). Try their animal fries and you will be a changed person.

A staple of "food on the go" in San Diego. A real treat for fast food and a great value as well.

In-N-Out is a Southern California tradition. Great burgers, hand cut fries, and milk shakes. Open late.

People come to San Diego and in n out is on top of the list for burger places. Their orange sauce that comes with the burgers are great. The fries are too soft for my taste but still good.

A must if visiting California. I have been eating at In-N-Out since I was a small child living in Los Angeles and was thrilled wen they expanded to San Diego. I eat at one at least once a week.

I've heard so much about this place I couldn't wait to give it a try. They use all natural ingredients and you could tell that by the taste. I really enjoyed it but I wasn't as blow away as I thought I might be.
