This is a no-brainer...these 5 stars are well deserved! The menu had about 11-12 burgers and we had difficulties choosing which one since they ALLLL sounded so good! (Note: Don't be fooled by the pictures. They look messy, but it is sooooo good!)
=FOOD=
1. Shaka Royale - Absolutely delicious, juicy burger! From bite one to licking the wrapper! Perfectly cooked patty, sweet buns, and a big fat mess at the end! But oohhhhhh..........1/3 lb. grass fed angus, cheddar, red onion, pickles, iceberg, tomato, and "secret spot sauce". Hmm...wonder what this sauce is. It was good enough for me to dip my sweet potato fries in at the end!
2. The Kauaiian - ERMAHGERD!!! THIS has to be one of the best burgers I've had! How the heck do they do this?! 1/3 lb grass fed angus, pickles, bbq mayo, red leaf lettuce, red onion, swiss cheese, and BACON on a sweet bun! If you don't like bacon, unfriend me now! (jk, don't do it!) This tasted SO good! Patty was cooked to medium and oh-so juicy. BBQ mayo was so good!
3. Sweet Potato Fries - These seem pretty average to me, not as amazing as I thought they'd be, but still good Sweet Potato Fries. Order these as part of a combo and you're good.
=SERVICE & AMBIENCE=
Friendly and upbeat owner as soon as we walk in! I believe this is a husband & wife team, wife running the front (and I believe occasionally helping out in the kitchen), husband cooking up some bomb-ass burgers in the kitchen. The Hawaiian themed ambience is so laid back and chill! I honestly felt like I was on the Island for a short time! Customers ranged from children, to teens, to what seemed like regulars. Oh man!!
=FINAL VERDICT=
I haven't been this thrilled about a burger spot for a while. I'm SO glad we got to give this place a try. Great service, sweet ambience, and outstanding burgers! Come give this place a try and you can thank me later! If you think this place gets anything less than 4 stars...you can unfriend me for real! (Just kidding...but not kidding!)
