I got to know Beecher's Cheese at Sea-Tac Airport. I love their mac and cheese! It's such a great comfort food after a long day of traveling.

Literally I’m making a trip to Seattle solely to get Beechers Mac and Cheese. The sandwiches are yummy too!! If you end up loving it, on your way out of Sea - Tac airport, there’s a Beechers in Terminal C where you can bring home the yummy goodness!

You go as much for the show as you do the cheese, though the cheese is absolutely delicious.. Beecher's cheese is made fresh daily for the audience of people clamoring to get it.

There's a reason Oprah had dubbed Beecher's the best mac and cheese in the world.

If you love cheese, you must make your way to Beecher’s. Go to the back of the store to sample a few of their cheeses. You can also order cheeses to go or order their cooked items. Their mac and cheese is worth taking a taste.

This is a foodie cheese lover It spot if you're walking around pikes place market and don't know what to eat. It is a bit pricey because it is so popular and touristy but the Mac and cheese and tomato soups were incredibly delicious and if it wasn't for the price, I would have eaten there again.
It's worth a try, plus you get to sample their cheeses!

Quite possibly the best cheese you might ever have and you can see how they make it through the glass window. I ordered the Big Deal sandwich which was a bit pricey, around $1,1 but my goodness did the meet and the cheese blend together like a match made in heaven. Get it!!

Located in Pike Place Market, hands down best Mac & Cheese you can buy! Dozens of hand crafted cheese are for sale, none to disappoint. Easy to find, look for the two large steel mixing tubs. Do not miss this awesome place.

Very popular eatery just next to Pike Place Market that claims to offer the worlds best mac and cheese. Having tried it I have to say it is very good but not quite world's best. They also do some very good sandwiches but the prices are a little on the steep side and the queues can get quite long at peak times. Worth a visit though if you are mad on macaroni!

My girlfriend practically demanded I try this place. She absolutely LOVES it. I mean, mac & cheese is always good right? Wrong. It's amazing if you get it from Beecher's. Savory and made to perfection. Take your time and taste each bite. It's gone too soon.

Lots of whole cheese for purchase. Best thing about this place is the live cheese making machines behind the mirror. Limited bar seating along the walls get a front seat view of the action as you munch on your grilled cheese sandwiches and fancy mac and cheese. There are 2 lines: one deep inside the store for cheese purchase, and the other one the leaks out the front door for food purchases. If you want mac and cheese, line up at the door line.

-=-"World's Greatest" Mac and Cheese-=- Self proclaimed and not at all that bad. It's rich and creamy. Also, no frills and really just bare bones mac and cheese. They do a good job of presenting how they make the cheese so it all just adds into the allure. Worth it just to try it.

So many different type of cheese. You can get some cheese curd to snack on (recommended), or order a sandwich or some mac n cheese (especially recommended if it's cold and rainy outside).

If you love cheese this is the place. We had the mac n cheese and crab sandwich, which were amazing. We also tried the breadzel which was also tasty. If you're around the Market and are craving something cheesy don't hesitate.
