It's just stunning! The deep blues of the water and forest emerald greens.. A must to see. Be sure to start your adventure early. Because parking gets packed up fast. Bring a lunch. Hike down to Vikingsholm.. Or take any of the hikes that are on the trails. Take your time and enjoy the view.

One of the most scenic view of Lake Tahoe can be seen here. Located on the southwest corner of Lake Tahoe, you have to drive around to get to it, the road might be closed in winter.

This beautiful park is one of a kind and not to be missed if you are visiting Lake Tahoe. It is accessible by trail which you can hike down in the summer or snowshoe down in the winter. You can also motor into the beautiful bay by boat, which is a real treat. Bring a picnic to enjoy on the beach. Stand up paddle board and kayak rentals are also available in the summer. It's a beauty!

Highly recommend! Walk down to the bay and rent a SUP or kayak and go to the island. Most amazing views. There is also the underwater forest and sunken barge.

Emerald Bay is considered one of the most beautiful spots in the world - and it's definitely the most beautiful park of Lake Tahoe. There are great opportunities to hike out here, as well as enjoy the water somehow in the warmer months. I was able to also enjoy a cruise tour here, which was great for learning more about the place.

A short hiking trail that you can take all the way down to the water. The scenery it so beautiful. As you look down you the wide lake and as you look up you see beautiful mountains covered with snow. Definitely check out the trail if you're in South tahoe

Awesome by boat. Fun place to drop anchor and take a swim or enjoy the sun and scenery. Good hiking spot too but parking can be tough in the summer so get there early.

This might be the most beautiful spot in all of Lake Tahoe, maybe even one of the most beautiful natural places in the world. Reminiscent of Norwegian fjords. Stunning.

It is a jewel. This is a lovely spot to stop and get out. This is a very popular spot so parking may be a challenge to find. Many people take photographs here. There is a trail to the lake.

Breathtaking views, nice steep walk (about one mile) down to Vikingsholm on a paved road to the waterfront. Gorgeous.
