This is a pretty fun zoo for a desert city! The reptile area was my favorite part. The ducks are easy to catch too!

I’m not a zoo person but this zoo is awesome. You don’t have to walk too far to see all the animals

While not a huge zoo, the exhibits are very well maintained and I love the elephant and giraffe enclosures!

The kids will enjoy visiting this zoo. You can ride a camel and feed the giraffes! There is also a Merry-go-Round.

We stumbled up on a private behind the sceans tour and stood next to roaring lions and fed the rhino. Amazing place.

I have visited 20+ zoos around the country and this is a great zoo. Large enough to be a half day experience but not so large that you are exhausted when you are done. The exhibits are very well done giving a natural feel while still keeping the animals viewable. They have good signage and plenty of staff around who knowledgeable and helpful.

For a small town zoo Tucson's 'traditional' zoo has come a long way. You can easily spend your afternoon walking through its many habitats and watch the animals watching you!

Certainly not the biggest nor the best - but several new displays. Great for kids. Nearby there are duck ponds which my children always really enjoy feeding the ducks. Check zoo hours, most of the year, you should go early. Many of the animals retreat during the daytime heat.

You can spend many hours at this zoo. It has many animals, my favorite is the black panther and the polar bear. Though I love the otter and the birds too. Go and see it, spend the entire day.
