The hustle and bustle of this Plaza was enough to keep us happy. There were so many choices of restaurants and cafes that we were basically spoilt for choice.

Valencia has many squares within its center, but perhaps the most well-known are Plaza de la Virgen and Plaza de la Reina (square of the Queen). Also known as Plaça de la Reina in Valencian, this square is quite large with a green space and gardens in the middle border by roads. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants here to be enjoyed.

A great location to start your tour of the city. Use the Red or Green Valencia Tourist bus or just stroll around the Plaza from where you will find the Cathedral. Also worth a visit.

You'll find a small park located in the centre of this plaza, with a few benches where you will find many people relaxing in the sun. There are some restaurants and cafes situated here, as well as shops if you want to pick up touristy souvenirs. It's near the cathedral and has a great view of it too. Plaza de la Reina is a very busy square in terms of people, cars and tour buses. There are also horse drawn carriages lining the plaza, and you can hire one if you want to see the city in a slightly different way.

This is one of the central place of Valencia that connects Plaza de la Virgen with Plaza de Ayuntamiento. It begins with Miguelete, that is a tower of the Cathedral. There are many restaurants and bars. There is also famous "chocolateria" Valor.
