Your level of enjoyment of this museum will depend on your appreciation of classical art. The museum is more of an art gallery than museum with particular focus on religious paintings and statues, many of them featuring the baby Jesus. The majority of the exhibits span the 13th-19th centuries and are distributed over three floors. Personally, the art on display didn't appeal to me, but if you are into the masters, there is plenty to see at the museum. The entrance fee is extremely reasonable.

Something for the art lovers. Muzeum Narodowe we Wrocławiu (National Museum in Wroclaw) is a place where you can see the extraordinary pieces of art, including paintings and sculptures made by famous artists from all over the world. The ticket price for the museum is really low, 15 PLN per person, which is less than $4!

This is one of the major museums in Wroclaw, and it is home to an extensive contemporary art collection, so a must for any art lover. It doesn't cost much to enter (around fifteen Zloty for adults), but for those on a really tight budget it's free on Saturdays, which is even better! The building this museum occupies is architecturally stunning also. Interestingly they have a permanent exhibition of sculptures and funeral monuments, and of course exhibitions focusing on Polish artwork throughout the ages.

This beautiful building was built between the years 1883 to 1886 and is quite a spectacle from the outside. It is only a short walk up from the Battle of Raclawice Panorama and is definitely worth an hour of your time. The museum houses mostly arts and crafts from around Poland, and is a good way to learn more about the local culture. Some really interesting exhibitions, with free entry into the museum on Saturdays.
