Indianapolis Vacations

United States
Indianapolis, the capital of Indiana, is known as the “Crossroads of America” for the four interstate highways that meet here. Its other nickname is “Indy,” although most visitors find this city isn’t as daring as the famous archaeology professor/adventurer played by Harrison Ford. One exception might be the nearby Indy …

Indianapolis totally sucks. The people suck, the weather sucks, and there is nothing to do. But my family unfortunately lives here. If you have the unfortunate happening to travel here go to Yats; that restaurant is amazing even if the place sucks!

I think Indianapolis is a lovely city but I have to say it is more of working city than a work and play city. There isn't a lot to do unless you are there for a specific event. There are a lot of restaurants but they are mostly chains and we got the vibe it was a city where most people work and go home. We were there over Thanksgiving, so that may be a factor but in the many other times we have driven through Indianapolis we found nothing too impressive about it at no lack of trying.
