Our day in Kodiak was more fun than expected. We were here on a cruise ship & decided to spend our time in the town (a pleasant one mile walk from our ship, even though a shuttle from the ship was offered). The locals are friendly, the air is fresh & there are enough attractions, eateries & shops within the town to keep you occupied.There are many outdoor/nature activities available in the area including hiking, fishing & biking.
