Excellent value for money.
The common and rooms are tidy and sleek, while still feeling warm and inviting. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is good quality. The location is very central for tourists.

It was a really great experience. The hotel is in very good condition, has a very calm atmosphere, the corridors are quiet and I personally like that. The room was very good, spacious, modern, super clean. When I arrived, I was very well received at check-in, they asked me if I preferred a room with a bathtub or a shower and that was very thoughtful. I didn't use the gym or the sauna due to lack of time but I went to visit them and it seemed like a really spectacular space. The breakfast was also very good and all the staff I met were super friendly.

Buyer Beware-Stay Away

Stayed here for 5 nights in April 2025, room was cleaned one time. The one time it was cleaned I had to ask three times. We were using kleenex for toilet paper after two days because they wouldn't clean the room and bring toilet paper. There is no water in the room, no kettle, no tea, bare bones. The hotel charges for everything. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk, you have to use your cell phone. I get it that it is not a 5 star hotel, but you an do so much more for your money. I highly recommend you find another place for your stay in Helsinki if you prefer a dry towel, toilet paper, and water. This place is a disaster, avoid at all costs.
