BWI is also referred to as Thurgood Marshall Airport, named for the first African-American and Baltimore native to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court.  You have several options when it comes to getting to BWI, including a free shuttle from the nearest rail station.  Buses are also available, and the B30 and 75 routes have stops on or adjacent to the airport property.  Shuttles directly to and from hotels are also popular in the D.C. area.
