What To See And Do In George

George is a relatively small city, but it still has a lot to offer for tourists. Check out the George Old Car Show near Victoria Bay for an increasingly overgrown but beautiful display of old vehicles left in various states of repair. It’s much like an open-air art installation.

Other attractions in George include its many beautiful churches, some of which are 200 years old. These churches bring Dutch architecture to the lush and nearly rural piazzas in downtown George, and shouldn’t be mistaken for anything other than living pieces of history.
